Ok Dovers finest political debaters here a something a little different to get your teeth into.
The NHS Constitution Bill Of Rights.
Every patient has the legal right to complain about a service care provider, to have the complaint investigated, and receive a final response letter to the complaint. Without the final response letter a patient cannot access full services of the PHSO. A situation probably nobody has heard of before but what are you supposed to do as the complainant if the care provider has not produced a final response letter and won’t provide one? What can you do about it ?
