Kevin should have been Leader more than a decade ago. Most competent & effective Labour Cllr.
One to be feared if he has the time to do the role properly with his high profile public service union post.

I agree Paul.Always speaks with sense..He does not suffer fools.Many years ago he helped me set daffodils in River.Just shows opposite sides but able to work together.Lovely family man.
