    Of course local party members should decide, but although Some Momentum followers would be able to put themselves forward, others are excluded through the Women only Shortlist imposed on Dover.
    So the Woman selected by the local party may well have been the best candidate even if the W.O.S. was not In place, but they will never know.
    I think that issue alone will cause problems for the local party.
