 - There appears to be a rumour circulating that I'm supporting an indy candidate could I publicly stop that rumour, I have no idea who the candidates are going to be.
I suspect labour will win but have no idea who they are putting up but hope they will support democracy and not 1 person being able to make decisions.

if its correct I'm hearing a conservative is putting forward and an independent as well which will just help labour.

But all in all after gaining control with a conservative/indy administration and putting on 6 co opted from these 2 groups they have managed over a short time to lose all that big majority, with the 2 parties not supporting each other, some even breaking away on there own,

once I know the candidates(if anyones interested lol) I will be back.

 - Roger Walkden has been a good deputy Mayor. It really doesn't matter as they all seem to be at odds with one another.I think they go over the top with some of these anniversary events.Bring back the lovely flowers and Love Dover let us see Dickens Corner Redeveloped then on to the next empty shop.

 - Just to clarify a point here I am happy to confirm that I will be the next Mayor of Dover, I may not be a town councillor but I know where the bodies are buried which is much more important. - Reginald Barrington likes this
