Awful cynical politicking from labour but nothing new there. I wouldn't mind but what he was discussing was labour party policy not long ago and supported by Mencap.
Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel and merely highlights exactly why the labour party and especially Miliband are not fit to run a bath let alone a country.

A seasoned politician with any sense should know how to reply to a question without coming out with stupid statements like Lord Freud managed to do.
Just shows he is another of the many MP's from all sides do not live in the real world only in their closeted little cliques.

Funny you should say that Philip, I'd just been reading about
Labour policy of £4/day for disabled workers (that's not a typo,
£4 per day not per hour)
Followed by
Mencap in 2000 calling for the disabled to be exempted from the minimum wage.
