  Governments latest scare is that if we leave the EU we will have to move borders to Dover rather than Calais with a risk of Calais type camps in Kent.

  Only a few weeks ago Cameron was stating that cannot and will not happen, now he's on the back foot over his failed reforms, he'll say anything!
