  Yes, they'll be pie in the sky when you die. Heaping costs on energy supply is somewhat counterproductive. Perhaps what we need is a law passed to legislate the Sun to shine as and when we wish.
  
  It's high time we tried Peter's idea of turning customers into shareholders. All the 'extras' we pay for should count as part payment. for if the price is pumped-up to cover investment our dividend should be no less concrete.
