  Yup, typical Boris as Keith keeps pointing out, far too late in doing something...................or far too early ............. or did too much ................. or not enough.
  
  And obviously Boris (who single handedly makes these decisions) decided to allow free flow of contaminated Indians as he wanted to meet Modi and didn't give a toss about mortality as long as curry powder could remain VAT free..
  
  If only we'd had such advice for Churchill during wartime telling him not only that other countries were fighting a much better war and that we ought to have an investigation immediately into the whole war and some of his 'chums' had been providing equipment for the army and obviously the whole thing is being run by Clementine anyway and thirty years ago he wrote something about 'wogs' so should'nt be running the country etc.
