That's very early for a Murdoch press tailspin panic. Whilst I lament the demise of quality journalism (though I would never put The S*n in that bracket in the first place), isn't it good to see the self-appointed elite being challenged? At last, we have a situation where the House of Commons can be filled with people that meet the criteria of being 'common' (i.e. the people and NOT the unopposed 'elites'). Canterbury's Julian Brazier had an air of job for life then along comes a re-galvinised local Labour party with active members all working to change the most historically Tory seat in Kent for the better. They appoint a parliamentary candidate from the people, a Teaching Assistant, Rosie Duffield. It is little wonder that the billionaire non-domicile press barons are concerned.
