Agreed. That key quote: "

" is very disconcerting. In 2015/16 nearly 35,000 cases of excessive force cited were recorded, but then again that was the UK police (source: IPCC) ...

I don't mean to be trite. There is a significant issue in Venezuela. Whether there is a case for rounding on the Labour leadership is another matter though.
