Mr Barrington, I think that your comment about limited understanding shows a limited understanding. Despite the FACT that oligarchs have homes aplenty, nobody is saying repose the homes of the rich. It is simple really. If you have been bestowed the great gift of outrageous fortune, why do you need a tax haven or tax break to improve your lot? The Duke of Westminster is 18 years old and avoided inheritance tax by having his father's fortune left to him in a tax-avoidance trust. Zac Goldsmith the same (James Goldsmith of the Referendum Party). Capitalism is supposed to be a system where investment in the workers improves wealth for all with a trickle down.
Economics IS simple - it doesn't have to be complicated. Fair taxation: pay your fair share of tax.

    Except Corbyn immediately after Grenfell.

I am shortly to come into possession of my parents property portfolio as my rather astute father thinks that the value will have exceeded the inheritance tax threshold before he pops his clogs, i.e. doesn't want my lazy work shy neighbour to get his hands on his hard earnt cash.
Tax avoidance bloody right, unfortunately the savings I make won't stretch to a new princess, Fairline, Sunseeker or a new Aston Martin, Bentley or Roller or maybe a McLaren, it won't even cover the stamp duty on that £10000000 Chelsea pad I had my eye on, nor will it cover the capital gains tax on it when I decide to sell it, or maybe I F*#k off to Monico and screw the lot of you!

    Do you get it yet?
