  with regard to vested interest
  there is no doubt declararions of interest should be shown and have been, the problem here is, having had MP'S shown this interest and will financially gain from the reforms, surely then they shouldn't vote?
  
  i'm unaware of any local forumites with any vested interests
  but then thats just the ususal clouding of the issue by the conservative posters(some)
