  Reading that article, it sounds like those pay-packets and pay-rises are not sanctioned, or even known, by the Government - either Government.

  Lots of uk workers being forced into bogus self employment by employment agencies.
  
  and then being passed of by the conservative party as new start ups business successes story,,, when the reality is the majority are working for peanuts.
