WTP, don't know, we are not informed, instead WTP are bombarded by vested interests talking only at cross-purposes, with a view to ensuring that confusion reigns, and then to cheer if things go their way or complain bitterly if otherwise.
Are only those with some, even the most tenuous, of connections to the armed services entitled to hold an opinion or vote for what they think best?
Many, if not all, of those who wish to have their opinion heard and their viewpoint take precedence talk at the populace, not to them.
