Politics is like the whether things can change very quickly
If in 2008 the central banks never stepped in to print money, depression would have followed changing the political 3 party grave train very quickly.
The problems of 2008 never went away ,they just got postponed.
Young voters will get a baptism in political reality when standing out side a soup kitchen.

Looks to me like UKIP's popularity has now peaked.

To go any further they have to offer something to younger voters and women, two areas where they are not strong.

I think Peter is right there will only be a minority of undecided voters heading ukips way. They have expended the run on the immigration stance, they have forced the main parties to start considering it seriously at last though!

The protest vote prior to the main election is what UKIP had and will still get, those who are not sure about them will probably revert to the two major parties as usual.
