  If we are to be part of the EU then it must be a level playing field same VAT has there's that will stop people going to Belgium for cheap tobacco, drive on the same side as them and have the euro it seems to me that if its good for our government we are in and if its good for the people we are out two many rules are coming from the EU and we are the silly sods who abide by them when they don't. was in Berlin some months ago and was asked in hotel if i wanted a smoking or no smoking room at the bar was allowed to smoke and eat in same place.you cant do that here.
