There are small areas of the country where there are not many white faces, I doubt many could disagree with that.
What annoyed me was the headline which the leaves out the vital word "parts" which puts an entirely different connotation on the whole discussion.

While everyone get's uptight about fellow Europeans coming over here (which the Border Agency can do bugger all about) here's what's happening with just one category of 'controllable' visitors.

No other country would tolerate this, Archibald. Our political leaders are totally spineless.

The only answer to me seems to be heavy policing of polling stations, no postal votes and once polling closes the ballot boxes
taken to a location many miles away and counted by an independent body.

The ballot boxes should definitely be guarded in some way, postal votes only to the disabled and voters stamped or marked after voting as they do in other countries.

National insurance number to register, proof of id to vote. Just like most countries. Simples.

John Prescott was a champion of postal voting in the heady days of the labour tenure. Mind you he's also a climate weirdo as are all of the labour party.

'Stamped or marked' Jan? Bovver booted and 20 lashes of the Birch.......that would reduce the turnout of voters for sure!

For some that could be a good idea but I doubt if those miscreants know how to vote.

Interestingly, whilst the population of the UK is supposedly just over 63 million, a FOI request last year gave the number of extant National Insurance numbers as some 65 million. Ignoring those under 16 years of age this would suggest that the real number of persons in the UK is closer to 70 million.
Ask yourself a question. If you were illegally in the UK would you have filled in your details on the Census Return?

Obviously not Bob.
We are creating a problem for now and the future with our eyes wide open. By the time the drawbridge is raised, we will be/are now, full up.
We should be using the Oz points system and go for quality not quantity.

Some years back it was suggested that the average London borough had about 50, 000 people more than the official figures.
