    On your last point Gary, best to explain to this new quack why you cannot leave him/her alone with you wife should they request that you leave the room.
    There are doctors and there are doctors, even within the ATOS scheme, so things could be entirely different this time.

    IF!!! You are put through the same palaver you do have your previous overturning on appeal to stand you both in good stead.
    Stay positive Gary, what you do and how you both make the best of things is the important thing, but no doubt you are entitled to let the world know that you are a 'carer' and not a miracle worker.
