    Tom - we have a society in which far too many people are happy to sit back and make a lifestyle on benefits. Far too many people say 'the government must do something'.

    We are also, as a society, far too risk averse, covering our backs, scared of the shadows.

    Time for people to stand on their two feet. Stop blaming other people, stop depending on benefits for all or some of their income and to take responsibility for themselves. We need to take risks to prosper, risk and reward are directly related and we need more risk takers to drive us forward.
