  Oh dear hear we go all over again, a number of posters above doing their usual...
  
  The confusion of the terms avoidance and evasion - is this ignorance? stupidity? or deliberate muddying of the waters
  
  The use of the phrase "finance johnnies" as some pejorative catch all for people whose activities some do not like
  
  The constant insulting references to decent working class professions like bricklayers
  
  The taking of offence at others posts, especially when it is clear on reading the posts no offence was intended
  
  The ridiculous political divide about something that affects all of us and needs solving by all of us
  
  To be honest, I find it boring and repetitive and it does little to move the discussion forward on how we move to a fairer society that rewards entrepreneurship and the risking of ones own resources, that rewards hard work (mental or physical), that places true value on socially useful jobs, that provides a safety net for the least well off whilst positively encouraging people to earn a living, that takes as little as possible from our earnings in taxation, has a tax code that is simple to understand and hard to avoid etc.
