    Needed simply because of 13 years of economic mismanagement and an unsustainable level of government spending. The poor need to lay the blame squarely where it really belongs. Their only hope is to get public spending down, create a climate for economic growth and to never again vote for the Labour Party who create a problem for them in every period of office. I have said it before the poor's biggest enemy is Labour and their uncontrolled spending of other people's money.
