  Speaking of breaking the law...tousled haired Boris, the dishevelled but engagingly posh Mayor of London, has previously touted that those who abuse the police should be arrested and have criminal charges placed agaianst them. This puts him in an awkward place...all were chums together on the playing fields of Eton dontchaknow. Could this hi flying Tory riding the ubiqitous bicycle ever be arrested..well short of murder...no!! One cant arrest ones chum can one?
  
  So one law for the 'plebs' but another law for Andrew Mitchell. But the plebeian proletariat in the shape of the Police Federation are on the charge..battons at the ready.. ermm metaphorically speaking. Mitchell denied he used the sort of language seen in The Sun, but the Police have since confirmed that he did. So there you are.
  
  While he was Minister of Foreign Aid he trotted on to Andrew Marr like a latter day Mother Therese. But oh dear...this wasnt the case after all.
