    Who makes the law and who is the law made for?

    What would be said of a local driving through town in the company of someone brandishing a fire-arm? What if the gun was pointed at Howard or any of the other happy-snappers on here out with their cameras?

    You may all cry-out for road blocks and house to house searches, but then again all might be simply hushed-up...
