    Alex you are again confusing avoidance with evasion. What you describe is evasion, not avoidance. Avoidance means arranging your affairs so that some tax is NOT due. Like paying into a pension or keeping your money in an ISA. If that is evasion, please arrest me, Ross, Barry and half the forum and charge us all with conspiracy.
