I'm a Conservative and proud of it; I also believe in a capitalist society, but and I do believe it is a big but, I do think there is a case for either reducing these top executives pay, or increasing the salaries of the lower end and lower paid staff.
Many top executives earn their good salaries, but in the vast majority of cases, it is simply too much.
We should have capitalism without greed.
I also do not believe in the politics of envy.
These are private companies not public ones, so if the company is making so much profit, part of that (profit) should go towards increasing the staff's salary.
I certainly don't believe in bringing every down to the lowest level, nor do I believe in redistribution of wealth, but this salary gap is getting wider and wider and is in danger of creating serious problems for companies and society.
Right-wing I am, greedy I am not.
