    Alan presented the case extremely well, the council had pre arranged the response which is for a scrutiny meeting on 23/6.

    It simply confirmed how undemocratic, short sighted and inept they are.

    Both sides are as bad, out of 50 odd probably half a dozen look like useful citizens. The officers look on like bored parents at the zoo.
