Don't think he has it in him Jan, I watched the speech and was impressed but since then I remembered enjoying his speech telling the EU what to do with their cash demand.
Since then the money has been paid over on the quiet, no doubt he will backtrack on today's speech in a week or so.

And how exactly does one tell if an EC national, who carries an unstamped passport or an identity card, has been in the UK for five minutes or five years?

Thats an easy one they would have come by air or sea or even car but once booked in ,it is logged in the time date etc on the Pc and put into records so some where there will be a record of that,
