Not sure what you mean by that Keef.
I have no insight into the details of the accusations or Charlie's version of events but the CPS must have thought there was a 'case to answer' with a reasonable chance of conviction.
This does not of course mean that Charlie is guilty of anything.
All I hope is that he he has a good legal team to defend him and that at the end of the trial justice is seen to be done one way or the other. I would hope for the same for anyone faced with such accusations.
