  I partly agree with Mr W although suspended would usually mean your not part of the party thus use of the Conservative party offices is a strange one
  
  With regard to the case itself I believe there isn't much natural justice when a case goes on to long for either parties involved in the case
  
  Wherever the hold up is once its all finalised should be held to account as to why there was so much delay
