After a little research, it's seems that 1 person standing for Tower Hamlets has an MBE , Hon. D. Litt,AICSA, MCMI, FSA. He was also the winner of : Queens award for voluntary service 2013. He works in Dover and tries to preserve it's history. I am impressed. At least he can read and write . Nobody else comes near in relation to intelligence that is proven or community offered voluntarily work. He has a bee in his bonnet about Love Dover and aims his displeasure at money from the public purse being spent on Dickins Corner and is strongly objecting against the mayoral car expenses, now cut to £5000 for the lease. His open stance against those 2 issues alone will gain him votes.

Very true an impressive candidate, sadly living in Orpington is likely to lose him the opportunity to make a difference. How much time could he give the ward; admittedly more than most of this town's councillors but that is not difficult.
