    We used to have alley way clean ups in Maxton, Elms Vale and Priory ward organised by two District Councillors - Keith Sansum and Roger Walkden. Nowadays we don't have that problem so no real need for them. I know present day councillors John Heron and Peter Wallace did a spring clean down by the station a while back and last I heard Ben Glayzer was doing something similar on his patch.
