  Most of us have great ideas for the town the difference is that Cllr Rapley has had two major happenings in her ward already and has done nothing. Her constituents were firmly opposed to the demolition of the POW Pier but she chose to remain silent when it was discussed at DDC. A few weeks we had the shock closure of De Bradelei Wharf and it was left to Cllr Wallace from another ward to go down and represent the distraught staff, advising them of their rights, advice on re-employment and getting the money they were due.
