The Manston solution was clearly farcical from the outset. Lots of rose-coloured glasses being worn too as far as this proposal goes, particularly from Councilor Bartlett, who clearly doesn't want to be seen to be rocking the Brexit boat.
Damian Green is far less sanguine and will be aware of the vast numbers of lorries which will lack required documentation. But who cares what he thinks? Very much Theresa's man and rather too fond of acts of onanism. Lots of fun between now and January 1st for sure.
