  On a point of order, as they say, Kimmie, the Lords is not on Boris's side, rather, a small number of Tories were using delaying tactics to ensure the bill would not be given time. The Government doesn't have a majority in the Lords either. Anyway, they relented and the bill will now pass on Monday, so it looks like some kind of deal was done.
