Good luck to any councilors who would like to fight Highways England about the effect of Dover TAP on Aycliffe residents I have loads of letters from our local MP who has been fighting Highways England.
The latest letter from England highways states:
"Our air quality has reviewed the quality concerns for those located close to the A20 and has concluded that TAP would not cause any of the UK air quality thresholds to be exceeded "
"It is the matter of for the Kent Police to enforce the 40 mph limit along with the sounding of horns when TAP is in operation"
So in others words they do not care sod all about Aycliffe residents..
