When the Referendum was called he campaigned to remain and when confronted with the local result immediately turned on his heels and declared his love for a cliff edge leaving party.


    I expect privately he is still a Remainer but at least Charlie campaigns for what the majority of his constituents voted for, unlike many MPs up in Westminster who are blatantly ignoring their constituents wishes every time they vote on a Brexit issue.
