    mr haddock, its already happened here in dover, a week ago yesterday,.the A20 was backed up 9 miles to where the m20 turns into the a20.the a2 was backed up to whitfield and all other roads leading into dover where gridlocked as well. so stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
