This waffle from the Sunday times has Cruella and Jezza giving their take on the future of the UK once we leave the EU - neither can give a straight answer just clichés and evasions.

May will hold a special cabinet meeting on Thursday to get the whole cabinet to sign off on the plans before a speech publicly setting out her position on Friday, expected to be in Newcastle. Last night she said: “Delivering the best Brexit is about our national future, part of the way we improve the lives of people all over the country. The decisions we make now will shape this country for a generation. If we get them right, Brexit will be the beginning of a bright new chapter in our national story.”

Jeremy Corbyn is expected to back membership of a customs union in a speech on Monday. He will say: “The EU is not the root of all our problems, and leaving it will not solve all our problems. Likewise the EU is not the source of all enlightenment, and leaving it does not inevitably spell doom for our country. Brexit is what we make of it together.”
