  Borrow Vic, borrow not lend. Of course they do, there have not been sufficient spending cuts to balance the deficit yet. Until the deficit has been balanced there will be a need to borrow more. I covered that in my comments. Have I not been saying for years that Osborne has not cut deeply and fast enough.
  
  Nobody who has critisised the spending cuts should have the cheek to critisise HMG over the remaining deficit.
