Dave reckons he will stay on irrespective of the result while others reckon he will go either way. The question then is how the Tory party will handle a leadership election, very badly in my view.

The blues will be in power for the next ten years ,not because they are good,it is because the other party,s are Rubbish with the reds being at the bottom of the heap.

We live in changing times not only here in the UK but establishment parties are not trusted anymore. The Labour party are not fit to govern but the Tories are at each others throats in a way that they will not be able to govern after the referendum. The result is almost a foregone conclusion leaving MP's, cabinet ministers and party activists feeling cheated. Farage being the ever sharp political operator knows this and also that many Tory MP's would not jump ship to his party. My prediction is that a new right wing party will be formed joining UKIP and Brexiters together under a new name.
Not that fanciful as the SDP was formed years ago by disenchanted Labour people and split the centre left vote so a split centre right vote could lead to Labour coming to power even before 2020.

Yes that could happen. Or Mr Farage might just join the blues just so he gets to be a UK MP.

Farage has made no secret that he was a great fan of Thatcher so once Dave goes he might be tempted by the offer of being a government minister which would mean the end of UKIP.

This year will see the end of UKIP unless the vote is to stay in.

Nobody takes Nadine Dorries seriously, and Priti Patel is fairly bonkers too. All this talk is just bravado, if there is no Brexit, Cameron's position will have been strengthened considerably and the right wing of the party will just have to skulk off somewhere. It would be an affront to democracy to be so petulant when the nation will have spoken.

I believe it takes 50 mp's to mount a leadership challenge and the ones that fancy their chances more in an early election rather than 2020 are in excess of that figure. Can't see Charlie wavering in his support for Dave though.

Things being said now that are extremely personal making it impossible for leading Tories to work together again after the referendum.

You can bet your life that they are already working on what to do if we come out.
