  PMSL Vic I thought I was bad. I would never let any teacher near me with a stick or ruler whilst I saw my friends being beaten in front of my eyes. I was bigger than them who were doing it for one and lot meaner, not that I did anything wrong just some teachers were slap happy or got kicks from beating children in some cases.
  
  I agree with hanging, if beyond a shadow of doubt someone murdered someone because they just wanted to do it - more so a murder of child as this is most horrible of all and taking into account it was very clear they did it intentionally. Then yes hang them because it not right they took someone life and then they get fed, watch TV, have a counselling, have leisure activities everything done for them etc whilst peoples lives are ruined and all they have is a grave to go to and years of living in pain knowing the killer is having it easy.
  
  Beating kids with canes now is just not the done thing, we become more sensitive to this type of action. Getting the Parents in to sit with their children in school when they been bad would be better option and would help a lot of parents who spoil most of their children and let them get away with lipping elders or anyone. This embarrassment and parents lost time will help them both to come to terms with the behavior. Im sure when the Parent is losing work time or their time also they will get down on their kids more and if that dont work then they need a special school really if they want their parent to suffer.
