Of course they are comparable both have to balance their books, the outcome being one to improve their patients lot the other to pay their shareholders a good dividend.
No I do not think it should be privatised but the NHS should be properly run which has not happened for years regardless of the government in power.
I will not commenting about this again on here as this thread is about supermarkets not the NHS.
