Southcliff dental are an absolute sham. They have no right to ask for patients to pay up front for appointments that are months in the future. They claim its company policy or even NHS policy. This is simply NOT true it is not allowed. I just want everyone to be aware of their rights. I have tried complaining to them via phone, email they are usually completely non responsive. I have taken it to the ombudsman and cqc next move will be local MP and CAB. If anyone has any legal advice on this I would be very grateful. If you are unsure about dental ch arges a quick search online will give the relevant info this quote is taken directly from the NHS website

"You should not be asked to pay anything before an assessment of your treatment needs has been carried out"
