A silly naive man but surely he is no worse than many men who have or had marital problems and the girl would have been of age in this country.
Come on, JH, we're not talking about some grubby kerb-crawler here. Epstein was trafficking girls around the world to provide international sex on demand for the rich and powerful (check out the log books for the 'Lolita Express'). He was a convicted sexual predator; his youngest victim was 12. To call Virginia Guiffre a 'prostitute' who 'came back for more' is to fail to understand the nature of sexual predation and the world the girl fell into.
(Epstein also had the goods on his entitled clients, and they don't expect their dirt to air, hence his 'suicide'.)
Andrew Albert Christian Edward Saxe-Coburg and Gotha's game (or, rather, the game the Palace has coached him to play) is the same as that of other implicated names (e.g. Alan Dershowitz): distance and denial. How can he get around the fact his association with Epstein is well-documented? Well, it was just a business-learning opportunity; no more. But how can he get around Giuffre's allegations and the picture that shows him with his arm round her waist in Ghislaine Maxwells's place? Deny knowledge and cast doubt on the authenticity of the photograph.
