  There is no indication of price so we don't know if our yoof would be able to afford a unit, so close to the City I doubt it very much. Most similar conversions have been of very low quality and it sounds to me that developers are looking to make easy money out of rent from desperate people who will rely on the DWP to cough up. Unless planning restrictions come in there will be many more conversions as office space is not as important as it once was. Many people now distance work so as long as they have a laptop and a mobile phone they can operate wherever they are.
