  I want to plan a birthday party for my cousin, I know it is difficult in current situation but kindly share some ideas, so that I can plan it perfectly. Thanks in advance.

  Wouldn't your cousin prefer it if you didn't under the present circumstances? I know I wouldn't want to attend a large family or other gathering.
  Perhaps just take the cousin out for a meal where you'll better be able to control the environment.

  With pseudonym of 'coutureevents' I would have thought you would already have plenty of ideas as there is a London based party planner with the same name.
