Lent starts this week and I'm sure that the Bishop will agree that it is good for the soul of both believer and non-believer to 'give up something'.
Personally I'm going to try giving up rather pathetic sexual innuendos - it's not clever and it's not grown up - though I've already told my partner it will be really, really hard.
What are other Forumites giving up?

Giving up Cif on my pancakes. I've not felt well since Shrove Tuesday - that said, my breath is lemony-fresh and my teeth are squeaky-clean.
