Much is being said at the moment about Artificial Intelligence. Some years ago I saw a film in which the USA had built an all seeing all knowing computer. As it's power increased it suddenly said that it had identified a similar computer in Russia. Both computers then demanded to be connected together and thus rule the world presumably.
When they didn't get their way they carried out a threat and exploded a nuclear missile in it's silo. There the film ended on a cliffhanger. Can anyone remember it's title, I've scoured IMDB without any luck.
