It's not for me Jan it's for my mum. She is 80+ and pretty much house bound and can't reasonably get to the vaccination places. Even if she could she couldn't be expected to wait around in the cold in a queue for ages.

One of our health workers had been in touch with Pencester regarding the jab. Said they'd be in touch. We got a phone call Thursday stating someone would visit to administer the jab on Friday or Saturday. We still haven't had a visit (unless we didn't hear the door). Finally got through close to closing time yesterday and they stated that they would look into it today and that they would call me back. I have had no call, and as it's now gone five I'm guessing I won't get one now and will have to go through the same rigmarole again tomorrow.

    Stressful is an understatement!
