Isn't it time to close all the schools early for Xmas

Dover Boys have years 9-13 working remotely, Dover Girls are working remotely and my wife is teaching remotely for her school, all told to self-isolate due to the large number of cases in the schools, but luckily they are not close contacts.

Had both teenagers on "live" lessons and my wife delivering a "live" lesson, so I gave up on relaxing on my day off today and went for a walk up the Roman Road and watch the contractors digging holes in the fields for the lorry park, whoops, that's another discussion!

I'm not aware of other schools, but with the community testing having started, I'm sure there are more children at home self-isolating that being at school.

As far as children roaming the streets go, I struggle to get them to leave their rooms!
